Izabela embarked on her journey at RCB in January 2020, initially joining as a Healthcare Assistant. Over time, she demonstrated remarkable progress within the organisation, ascending to the roles of Senior Carer and eventually Head of Care at Hawthorn Manor Residential Home. During her pursuit of a Level 3 qualification in Lead Adult Care Worker, she earned a well-deserved promotion to Deputy Manager at Hawthorn Manor. While starting her role as Compliance Officer Izabela started and successfully completed Leader in Adult Care Level 5 achieving Distinction, in 2024.
Prior to her tenure at RCB, Izabela worked as a physiotherapist, specialising in paediatric care in her native Poland before relocating to the UK. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
During her leisure hours, Izabela finds joy in outdoor activities, exploring new destinations through travel and culinary adventures in the kitchen. She treasures quality time spent with her daughter and cherished friends.
