High Quality Care
Heathfield residential home is for people aged 65 and older who need help with daily tasks like cooking, bathing, and taking medications because they can't do it at home anymore. Some residents choose to live here because they don't want to be alone or manage their own homes. We aim to give them peace of mind and a place to make friends and explore new interests. We provide care 24/7, led by well-trained healthcare professionals. If you have a terminally ill relative, our qualified healthcare assistants will make their life and yours easier, ensuring they are as comfortable as possible.
At Heathfield, our goal is simple: we want to provide the best care possible in a great environment, delivered by well-trained staff. We aim to create a warm and welcoming place where residents are happy, and families feel like they're part of our family too. Our dedicated staff understand that everyone is unique, and they tailor their care to each person's needs and preferences. We're always here to help, and our caregivers know more than just names – they know the people they care for, their personalities, and what they like. We always respect everyone's privacy and dignity.
At Heathfield, we believe that everyone is unique. Our dedicated staff are here to provide care that fits each person's personal preferences, needs, values, and wishes. We always have someone ready to help when needed, and residents can count on familiar faces for support. Our caregivers do more than just remember names; they understand people's personalities, what matters most to them, and what they like. This allows them to provide the right care at the right time while respecting each person's privacy and dignity. Our inclusive approach at Heathfield applies to all our residents, no matter how long they stay. We aim to help them stay independent and make their own choices while providing constant support for peace of mind.
