At Hawthorn Manor care home, our top concern is the well-being of our residents. We place the individual at the center of our care approach, recognising their distinct life experiences. This forms the foundation of our care philosophy. We conduct assessments for each resident and then customise their care plan to address their unique physical, emotional, and social requirements, as well as their personal preferences and desires. We call this approach "person-centered care."

We aim to create a warm and happy place for residents to feel content, and we welcome families as part of our extended family. Our dedicated staff are attentive to individual needs and preferences. There's always someone available to help, and our caregivers know more than just names – they understand residents' personalities, priorities, and preferences, while always respecting their privacy and dignity.
Residential Care
Hawthorn Manor is here for people aged 65 and older who need help with daily tasks like cooking, bathing, dressing, cleaning, taking medication, and getting around because they can't do it at home anymore. Some residents also choose to live with us because they don't want to be alone or deal with the responsibilities of their own homes. We believe that caring for this group is all about giving them peace of mind, and our care home offers a place for them to thrive, make friends, and explore new interests.
