Meet Priory Mews Registered Manager: Marlon Soriano

Marlon Soriano, Doctor of Medicine and General Surgeon, brings extensive experience in medical and social care management, holding a BSc in Medical Technology. With 15 years' expertise in home management, including as Quality and Compliance Manager for a care home group, Marlon now leads and manages our Priory Mews Dartford care home. In his free time, he explores literature, travel, photography, and enjoys classical and jazz music.

Woodford House is a vibrant, tranquil and inclusive environment where residents can relax, socialise, and pursue their own interests in comfortable sitting rooms and dining areas. Our beautiful landscaped garden and patio provide the perfect space for gathering and catching up with loved ones.

Residents actively participate in garden activities, helping create a warm sense of community and engagement. Under the management of Ann Sikora, the team delivers individualised care aligned with every resident's needs and preferences.

We're mindful of holistic well-being, considering medical, personal, dietary, and religious aspects, as well as family suggestions to enhance each resident's stay.

Meet Woodford House Registered Manager: Ann Sikora

Ann Sikora, a registered nurse since 1986, specialises in palliative, end of life, and dementia care. Transitioning from the NHS to the care home sector in 1994, Ann's journey evolved from night-duty nurse to Home Manager, gaining a wealth of experience and skills along the way. Bringing over 25 years of experience to our care home in Dartford, Ann is passionate about person-first elderly support. Outside of work, Ann enjoys arts and crafts, reading, and traveling.
