Hanna is a dedicated professional with a rich background, having worked in education and as a talent acquisition specialist, focusing on hiring and retaining staff in SEN schools. Most recently, she served as a compliance manager for a recruitment agency, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, best practices, and ethical operations with robust, reliable processes. She is Mental Health First Aid qualified and holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management. In her free time, Hanna supports our overseas staff and OSCE nurses by integrating them into the company’s culture, providing regular training to enhance clear and effective communication as they prepare to become qualified nurses. She also enjoys traveling and exploring diverse cuisines from around the world, enriching her professional and personal perspective.
