Monika has been a part of the RCB family since 2016. She possesses qualifications in both management and Health and Social Care. With over 7 years of managerial work experience, she holds a Level 7 Diploma in Operations Management and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
Prior to joining RCB, Monika served as a Registered Manager at our Canterbury site, Old Farmhouse. She was recognised for her compliance skills and subsequently promoted to an Operations Manager role.
During her leisure time, Monika relishes moments spent with her family and pets. Additionally, she finds pleasure in conducting research and reading articles related to the healthcare sector.
