Kelly Phillips-Fuentes

Kelly Phillips-Fuentes brings over 20 years of experience in the care sector, having worked across services supporting adults with learning disabilities and older people. Since joining RCB in 2023 as an Activity Coordinator, she has progressed into administrative roles and now works as an HR Assistant. As a trained Mental Health First Aider, Kelly is committed to supporting wellbeing and helping create a positive, inclusive environment for everyone.
In her leisure time, Kelly enjoys reading, doing puzzles, going for long walks, and spending time with family and friends
