Derya Howard

Derya, also known as Dee, joined RCB in 2022 as an Activity Coordinator at Hawthorn Manor, where her creativity, compassion, and dedication to resident wellbeing quickly distinguished her. Her passion for delivering meaningful experiences and enhancing residents’ quality of life led to her involvement in care planning and supporting person-centred approaches. Dee’s commitment and organisational strengths earned her promotion to Deputy Manager before progressing into her current role as Compliance Assistant.

Prior to joining RCB, Dee built a career in the fashion industry, holding a degree in Fashion Promotion and Visual Merchandising. Her experience includes working at London Fashion Week and within fashion press offices, collaborating with British designers.

Outside of work, Dee pursues her passion for fashion through industry events and travel, and embraces her Mediterranean heritage through family connections, cultural experiences, and her love for Mediterranean cuisine, sunshine, and lifestyle.
